Are you a young person eager to develop your transferable skills? Perhaps also looking to pursue a career in the arts and culture sector? Or hoping for an opportunity to contribute to the important work we do here at MIAH in promoting the arts and heritage of the Muslim world? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we may have the opportunity for you.

The MIAH Foundation is recruiting young people aged 18-24 for our upcoming Youth  Volunteer Training Programme. The programme is designed to develop your transferable skills and give practical experience through training and volunteering at MIAH.

The programme will consist of:

i) 12-15 training days, where you’ll receive hands-on training on event delivery, research, object handling, and more;

ii) 6-8 days of creative holiday workshop support, where you’ll support the delivery of our holiday workshops and activity sessions for school-age children.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the areas of our work that particularly interest you, such as marketing, research, or exhibitions and creative workshops.

No previous experience in arts, museums, or events is required.
